NEW Account Management Features

A new way to manage your Account in-game is being introduced in the coming weeks, which will work in tandem with DomiNations on Mobile and DomiNations World on PC. You’ll soon be able to switch to different accounts within the game instead of having to log out of your Google Play or Apple ID. In addition, we will be ending support for TOY Login later this year. Review the scenarios below so you can take early action and ensure a smooth transition to the new system.

– If you have a single DomiNations Base/Account and/or have NEVER used DomiNations World –

There will be no new action required. You will be asked to log in to create an account the next time you open DomiNations with the 12.11 Update. This will create a ‘Primary Account’ that will allow you to easily swap between any base that you add to this email login going forward. It will also serve as your login to DomiNations World at https://www.dominationsworld.com

– If you have already linked your accounts to DomiNations World –

If you have already linked accounts to a DomiNations World account your transfer will be easy! 

After the update, a login window will appear. You’ll want to log in with the same email credentials as your DomiNations World account. Tap the button with the DomiNations World icon that says ‘Continue with email.’ This will create what we’ll call your ‘Primary Account.’  You’ll load into the last base that was logged in on the device, but if you go to the settings and tap ‘Manage Account’ you’ll find a list of all the other Accounts linked to your DomiNations World account! You can even swap to a different base from this window.

– If you have multiple accounts and have NEVER used DomiNations World –

After the update, log in and create a ‘Primary Account.’ Then, close the game completely. To add additional accounts, switch your Google Play or Apple ID log-in before reopening DomiNations. When prompted, log in using the same email and password as your ‘Primary Account.’ To confirm this was done correctly, you can head to the settings menu and open ‘Manage Account.’ Here you should find a list of accounts that have logged in with this new method. The one from your first login, and the one you’re on now (or any additional accounts if you’ve repeated this step.) 

– After linking to DomiNations World and creating a ‘Primary Account’ – 

You can create and add new bases using DomiNations World! The new game will also appear on your list of accounts on DomiNations Mobile once you have this new Login feature set up. A later update will implement a button to start a New Game on DomiNations Mobile.

– For Toy Login Users –

We strongly recommend that TOY Login users link all accounts to a DomiNations World Account (if available in your region) for easy transfer, as we will be ending TOY Login support by the end of the year.

If you do not have DomiNations World access, you will need to follow the steps noted in the ‘NEVER used DomiNations World’ section above. Link all accounts to a ‘Primary Account’ as soon as possible to avoid the disruption of play on other bases. Once TOY Login is removed, you will only have access to the last account that was logged into your device. However, creating a ‘Primary Account’ prior to TOY Login removal will ensure you still have access to all of your accounts.
